Swansea Accommodation Services (SAS) was formed by Swansea University Students’ Union as a high calibre lettings service. We recognise that the need for a professional management service for landlords is integral to the successful provision and maintenance of student accommodation. We also provide a lettings service for professionals seeking to move/relocate to live and work in Swansea.

We are the first port of call for all Swansea University students requiring private rented accommodation. We are free for students and do not charge them any administration fees. We therefore hold a unique and unmatched position in the Swansea private rental market. As we are campus based, students are directed to us from within the University and approach us directly to join our waiting list for rental accommodation. Properties not marketed by us have no visibility on campus and are therefore sought out as a second choice by prospective tenants.

We provide landlords with a number of comprehensive services depending on the level of involvement you wish to have with the management of your property. Discounts on our services may be available for landlords with multiple properties.
